This program, "Coughing and Kids: When It's Not Just Asthma", outlines various symptoms related to impaired mucociliary clearance and immunologic dysfunction that may lead to a diagnosis affecting pediatric respiratory health. Faculty also discusses the process and diagnostic rationale in evaluating a chronic cough in the pediatric patient and respiratory health maintenance strategies related to treating and preventing the advancement of bronchiectasis and lung injury.
