The Shelby County Health Department provides clinical, environmental, home health and life care services to the general public. 

Certified birth, death, marriage, and divorce certificates for a vital event which occurred within the State of Alabama are available upon request for a fee.

Hours of Operation

Clinic Hours: 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday
Home Health Hours: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday
