Cullman County Health DepartmentThe Cullman County Health Department offers clinical, WIC, environmental and home care services to the public. 

Certified copies of birth, death, marriage and divorce certificates may be obtained from this health department.


Hours of Operation:  7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday

Immunization Clinic Hours

  • Monday:  7:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. - 3:30 p.m.
  • Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday: 7:00 a.m. - 8:00 a.m.
