This program, "Alzheimer's from A to Z: Memory Loss, Dementia and the Basics of Alzheimer's Disease", discusses how Alzheimer’s disease is the most common form of dementia, accounting for 60-80 of all cases of dementia in American’s aged 71 and older. This program provides information on the basics of Alzheimer’s including detection, causes and risk factors, stages of the disease, treatment and more.

This program, "Mindfulness", discusses how mindfulness is the psychological process of bringing one’s attention to the internal and external experiences occurring in the present moment. It is strongly correlated with greater well-being and perceived health. Program faculty discuss the physical and mental health benefits of mindfulness in patients as well as healthy adults and children.

This program, "Cultural Sensitivity Training", will enhance participants understanding of culture, self-cultural awareness and diversity. Program faculty examine the impact of these issues in the workplace, as well as the benefits of cultural diversity and sensitivity in the workplace.

This program also discusses various Hemoglobinopathies to include appropriate testing, follow-up care, patient education, and anticipated lifelong treatment.

This program, "A Personalized Approach to Pediatric Asthma Management", discusses how asthma is the most common childhood disease, accounting for more days lost from school for children, and days lost from work for parents than any other diagnosis. This program reviews basic asthma management, as well as factors to consider when a standardized approach is not successful. Examples of how to partner with families in designing an individualized plan for success are also reviewed.
