Action for Healthy Kids

Action for Healthy Kids is the nation’s leading nonprofit and largest volunteer network fighting childhood obesity and undernourishment. The group partners with schools to improve nutrition and physical activity to help our kids learn to eat right, be active every day, and be ready to learn.

The program kicked off the new school year with several activities such as Fuel Up to Play 60 and Scale Back Alabama. To get involved, visit Alabama Action for Healthy Kids Team to learn more about how a healthier course for Alabama students is being charted this year and what you can do to help.
