There were 18 National Performance Measures (NPMs) and seven State Performance Measures (SPMs) included in the Maternal and Child Health (MCH) Services Block Grant Fiscal Year (FY) 2011 Annual Report/FY 2013 Application, as submitted to the federal Maternal and Child Health Bureau (MCHB) on September 10, 2012.
