This course describes the history, features and principles, and organizational structure of the Incident Command System. It also explains the relationship between ICS and the National Incident Management System (NIMS).

IS 200 Basic Incident Command System for Initial Response, reviews the Incident Command System (ICS), provides the context for ICS within initial response, and supports higher level ICS training.THIS COURSE HAS A PREREQUISITE

This course introduces you to the NRP, including the concept of operations upon which the plan is built, roles and responsibilities of the key players, and the organizational structures used to manage these resources.

Suicide is one of the top 10 ways men die in Alabama. Many of these deaths can be prevented. This program will provide healthcare professionals with evidence-based practices to intervene on behalf of individuals and their families with suicidal ideation.
