This training will provide an overview of Crossroads screen changes and functionality due to eWIC implementation. It will also review the process of issuing an eWIC card and food benefits in the clinic.

This training will provide information on revisions to policy and procedure due to the implementation of eWIC. It will discuss special situations specific to eWIC and clinic preparation in the week prior to roll-out.

A series of Family Planning Title X courses to improve the quality of family planning services that will lead to improved reproductive health outcomes.

Acknowledge receipt and review of required FP Title X specific statement law, rules, etc.
