Program Overview

Program faculty will discuss therapeutic diets used to treat and prevent a variety of health-related conditions that could have dramatic, negative effects on your home-bound patient.

Target Audience

Home health aides, home attendants and other professionals and family workers who administer and care for patients in the home setting, waiver case management staff

This training is a required in-service for 2011 for E/D and HIV/AIDS Waiver case management staff employed by the Alabama Department of Public Health to include Case Managers, Area Social Work Managers, and Area Social Work Directors who have direct client contact.
