Program Overview
This program is specifically designed for Scale Back Alabama Coordinators who are participating in the 2008 campaign. All coordinators must make plans to attend this one-hour orientation session. It provides details of this year’s campaign, including responsibilities of coordinators and tools/resources available to assist with campaign implementation. During this special broadcast, program faculty explain the Scale Back Alabama goals, participation guidelines, facility obligations, and grand prize selections.
While this broadcast is specifically targeted to Alabama Scale Back program coordinators, viewers from other states are encouraged to tune in to learn how to replicate the Scale Back Alabama in other areas. Scale Back Alabama is a statewide, ten-week weight loss contest that begins on January 8.
