Scale Back Alabama Final Event

The Scale Back Alabama School program, a new component of Scale Back Alabama, is designed to get schools involved. This year, 46 Alabama schools participated and received special recognition. There were 354 teams consisting of four faculty and staff participants. The schools drawn to win cash prizes of $500 each were West Blockton Elementary School in West Blockton and George Washington Carver Elementary School in Tuskegee. Prize support was provided by Alabama Action for Healthy Kids.
